Unravel

This collection is inspired on the natural but not regular materials in fashion. By combining these materials with regular materials used in fashion, contrast was created while making one harmonious whole. This resulted in a labor-intensive dress which was made of sisal rope and tulle. The sisal rope was a product of an intense and elaborate material research which I did on a variety of natural materials and techniques like harden grass with textile hardener, braiding corn leaves and felting jute rope.
