In Flore is the newest, ongoing, collection which evolved from Finery. The works within In Flore seek the boundaries between autonomous and applied art. They are handmade, labor intensive pieces of art where materials are centralized. By working around materials, changing their appearance and alienating them she tries to enthuse the spectators to delve within the world of materials. Within this collection Sofie also experiments with scale by adjusting the size of pompons to see how landscapes can differentiate. The main piece of In Flore is the stool which shows how the boundaries between autonomous and applied art can interfere.
